Mercedes Key Programming

Hi,
I have a 2007 Mercedes C240, i would like to program a spare IR key for it, i purchased a used one from ebay for the same model.
would you tell me how to do the ir key programming for it please.. and what do i need to proceed on it.
I have Autel Maxisys Pro. and all codes available.

Key programming on benz's and beemers is something which cannot be done by most tools. With some tools you need to extract the module to make a dump by directly connecting to certain pins on the unit, some can do a few things by OBD or key reading but it is only a few tools and mostly specialised (and very VERY expensive ones).
How many updates we will say on key programming I don't know, but I am not expecting too many Benz cars to be among them.
